CONSTITUTION

The Central Hub in the East Midlands is an ideal place and situation to form a Project Constitution which will provide us to move forward with more Authority. A Board/Council will be set up to comply with the regulations of a Constituted Project, with Banking Facilities as a necessary facility.

We will need Regional Management too, to provide local players more opportunities to market the Project through game time. The Teamer App would help players to see what is available in their areas.
